CoolTechnology - freezing of fat cells
Usage of the CoolTechnology treatment:
- reduction of fat tissue with the use of cryolipolysis
- removing of fat accumulations
- body shaping
What is Cryolipolysis?
Cryolipolysis is a treatment based on an impact on the fat cells with sub-zero temperature. The cold causes the cells to suspend their vital functions. Then the immune system and lymphatic system proceed to work. The cells are removed from the body permanently in the inflammatory process. Cooltech treatment is based on the technology of controlled cooling of body fat, up to a temperature of -8 ° C for 70 min, to obtain the effect of reducing body fat, cellulite and local obesity.
Why did we choose Cooltech?
- Guaranteed effects after a single application - up to 30% less fat cells.
- The process of reducing body fat is non-invasive and based on the natural metabolic processes.
- The status of Medical Devices - guarantees the highest security.
- Works with the manufacturer's own patent (EP12382287) of the COCOON Company - a leading provider of equipment for aesthetic medicine and cosmetology.
- The device is distinguished by a unique design of the heads, super-efficient cold generators and a strong vacuum pump.
- The device is equipped with special inserts that can adjust heads for smaller areas.
For the treatment to bring the expected results the following conditions must be met:
- Fatty tissue must be cooled to a temperature of minus 8/9 ° C. Higher temperatures will not lead to freezing of fat cells, and lower temperatures can lead to tissue frostbite. Cooltech guarantees the correct temperature.
- Optimum temperature of minus 8/9 ° C must be maintained in the tissue for 70 minutes. Shorter time will fail to bring results. It might make the circuit smaller immediately after the treatment, but this is only due to narrowing of the blood vessels and blood discharging into deeper tissues.
- Treatment area must be carefully isolated by the use of a vacuum.
- During the treatment, the skin must be effectively protected from frostbite by using a special anti frostbite mat. If during the treatment, the skin is not protected, it means that the treatment works at too high temperature and that it will not destroy fat cells.
If even one of these conditions is not met, the cryolipolysis process fails!
What does the procedure look like?
1. Sucking phase. In the treated placea special anti frostbite mat is applied along with special cold conductive gel. The cooling head is applied on the area prepared in such a way. Intensive vacuum sucks up the skin and subcutaneous tissue. This is very important as it enables the cold to be directed to fat tissue. At the same time the vacuum reduces blood circulation in the treated area, which greatly increases the efficiency and reduces soreness.
2. Cooling phase. The cooling process is based on the metal elements in the head and the generator located in the main module. Two very efficient cold generators (separate for each head) cause a rapid drop in temperature in the fat tissue to minus 8 degrees. This means that almost immediately after the start of the treatment, the target temperature is reached, and 100% of the time is used for Cryolipolysis. The combination of vacuum pressure and temperature monitoring of the tissue allows for selective damage of fat cells, while avoiding damage to the cells of the dermis.
3. Metabolism phase. Treated with the cooled fat cells are damaged. The treated area becomes inflamed. The body in response to tissue inflammation starts disposal process, which in 6 to 12 weeks leads to effective natural removal of damaged cells from the body.
Important!
- Only after the inflammation is gone from a given area Cryolipolysis can be performed again.
- If the freezing procedure is to cover another part of the body, it can be carried after 2 weeks.
- Because of the intensive work of the liver during the metabolism of fat, a single procedure can be performed on three different areas.
CoolTech - Areas of Treatment
How to proceed before / after the treatment
Before the treatment
- About 2-3 days before the treatment, increase your water in take to 2-3 liters to stimulate the lymphatic system.
- Avoid indigestible food, limit drinking coffee, don’t consume alcohol - it affects the liver.
- To prepare the body for treatment and cleanse the lymphatic system we recommend 1-2 lymphatic drainages.
- Do not tan the area of the treatment 14 days before the treatment.
After the treatment
- Continue to drink more water in order to support the process of disposing of damaged fat cells.
- A month after the treatment we recommend carrying out lymphatic drainage (at least once a week).
- Do not tan the treated area for at least 3 weeks.
- Do not perform laser treatments and IPL for a month.
- Do not perform any additional weight loss treatments that affect the liver.
Contraindications:
- Liver problems
- Renal insufficiency
- A large number of broken capillaries in the treated area
- Pregnancy and breast-feeding
- Raynaud's disease
- Urticaria due to the strong chilling
- Advanced diabetes
- Fever or active infection
- Cancer
- Discontinuity of the skin or skin inflammation on the treated place
- AIDS
- Intolerance to Cryolipolysis
- Hypoproteinaemia
- Cryoglobulinemia (antibodies tend to degrade at low temperatures)
- Tanning two weeks prior to the treatment
